Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, explaining educational products or courses, and converting leads into successful enrollments. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers via phone to inform them about courses, programs, or learning solutions.

• Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable product or course.

• Manage and follow up on leads provided through marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.

• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding processes.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends in the EdTech sector
