Role Overview:
We’re expanding rapidly and looking for Inside Sales Managers across India. If you’re passionate about connecting with people, guiding learners toward career transformation, and achieving performance-driven growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective learners through calls, chats, and virtual sessions. Understand career goals and recommend the right DataMites programs. Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead conversion to enrollment. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for higher conversions. Ensure excellent learner experience with consistent follow-ups. Grow your earnings with performance-linked, no-cap incentives.
