Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome Calls to Newly Onboarded & Exit ATM Partners

 Conduct welcome calls for newly onboarded ATM partners and exit calls for partners leaving the network.

 Provide a clear overview of product features, service guidelines, and partnership expectations.

 Collect feedback from partners to identify service gaps and improvement areas.

2. Customer Feedback Collection (Loyalty Registered Customers)

 Call loyaltyregistered customers to collect feedback using predefined questionnaires.

 Capture accurate feedback related to ATM usage experience and service quality.

 Identify issues or concerns raised by customers and escalate them to the relevant team.

 Analyse reasons for low footfall and provide actionable insights to the India1 team to improve customer

engagement and usage.

3. Sales of ThirdParty Products (GI & LI)

 Proactively introduce and promote General Insurance (GI) and Life Insurance (LI) products to ATM partners.

 Explain product benefits clearly and encourage adoption to drive sales.

 Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize product penetration.
