Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated and disciplined Tele-Callers to join our growing team. This is not a sales role. The position focuses on data-driven calling to support the sales pipeline by validating and organising customer information.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100+ structured outbound calls per day

• Segregate, validate, and categorise data based on predefined criteria

• Identify and transfer qualified leads to the sales team

• Maintain accurate call logs, data records, and daily reports

• Follow established calling scripts and data processes consistently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills

• High level of discipline and consistency in daily calling activities

• Ability to understand and follow structured data processes

• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with call logging systems

• Prior tele-calling experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome
