Job Title: Team leader / Sr Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance to the agents to enhance their business development skills, sales techniques, and overall performance.

• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with agents to assess their strengths and areas for improvement, and develop tailored action plans to achieve their goals.

• Collaborate with the sales team and agents to identify key target markets, industry trends, and customer needs, and develop strategies to capitalize on business opportunities.

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs, workshops, and materials to enhance the distributors' knowledge and skills.

• Analyse data, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify potential areas for business growth and make strategic recommendations to the agents

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies with overall company objectives.

• Stay updated on industry best practices, new sales techniques, and emerging technologies relevant to B2C sales. Share knowledge and insights with the sales team and agents to enhance their effectiveness.

• Monitor the agents ’ performance, providing regular updates and insights to management regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team leader preferably in a B2C environment.

• Strong knowledge of B2C sales strategies, Dailers, and business development techniques.

• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with individuals at all levels.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

• A proactive, self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and takes ownership of their work.

Preference for applicants from Mutual Funds, Insurance or BPO background.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
