Lead Conversion & Sales: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from prospective leads. Present and sell tailored travel itineraries, flights, hotel stays, and tour packages.
Customer Consultation (Regional): Effectively consult with clients in Telugu and Malayalam to understand their travel budgets, preferences, and expectations.
Itinerary Customization: Coordinate with operations teams or vendors to create attractive, competitive, and cost-effective travel packages (FIT & Group tours).
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, references, and positive reviews.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Issue Resolution: Support clients during their journey if they face any booking issues, flight delays, or cancellations, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience.
CRM Management: Regularly update client profiles, interaction details, and booking status in the company’s CRM system.
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency (Mandatory): High fluency in spoken and written Telugu and Malayalam. Good command over English or Hindi is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tele-sales, or inside sales. (Experience in a travel agency, BPO, or hospitality industry is highly preferred; freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered).
Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to handle customer objections, negotiate pricing effectively, and close sales quickly.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of domestic and international holiday destinations, visa requirements, and travel trends.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with travel booking engines, CRM tools (like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot), and MS Office (Excel, Word).
