Job Summary

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to post-sales support, and coordinating with internal teams to provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

• Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams for smooth documentation and processes.

• Follow up with clients regarding payments, project updates, and possession.

• Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or real estate (preferred).
