We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales or appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
Explain products or services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Follow up on previous interactions and maintain customer engagement.
Record customer information, feedback, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.
