💼 Job Summary

We are hiring Telesales/Telemarketing Executives for a Direct Sales Agency. The ideal candidate must have experience in Time Share Telesales/Telemarketing and strong communication skills.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Pitch services/products confidently and professionally

• Follow scripts and handle objections effectively

• Generate and convert leads to achieve daily/weekly targets

• Maintain call records and follow-up lists

• Support sales team in closing deals

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Time Share Telesales / Telemarketing (Mandatory)

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (Must Have)

• Knowledge of Marathi & Gujarati is a plus

• Female candidates preferred (Male candidates also accepted)

• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (based on discussion)
