• Make minimum 100 outbound calls per day to potential B2B clients
• Ask targeted qualification question: ‘Do you require an implementor / service support?’
• Identify decision makers and generate qualified leads
• Schedule meetings and pass leads to the Business Development Manager
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM accurately
• Follow up with prospects to convert interest into meetings
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
• Coordinate with internal sales/BD team for smooth handover of leads
