Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can convert customer service interactions into sales opportunities. The role involves handling existing customers, resolving queries, and cross-selling / up-selling financial or insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound / existing customer queries and provide timely resolution
• Identify sales opportunities during service interactions
• Cross-sell and up-sell products (Insurance / Loans / Financial Products)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets along with service KPIs
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate (Any stream)
• Experience: 1–5 years in Customer Service / Sales / BFSI
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of financial / insurance products preferred
