Key Responsibilities

· Source Home Loan and Business Loan business from the client database.

· Make outbound calls to customers and explain suitable financing options.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate loan products.

· Collect and follow up for required loan documentation.

· Maintain accurate call and lead records.

Requirements

· Prior telecalling experience with Banks / NBFCs / DSAs is mandatory.

· Preferably from a Home Loan (HL) background.

· Good understanding of Home Loan and Business Loan processes.

· Experience working in a target-based sales role.

· Confident, persuasive and customer-focused approach.
