Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond promptly to all customer queries and leads received through IndiaMART.

• Provide complete product and service information to customers.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate and close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Support in building and maintaining the company’s online presence and brand reputation.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (B.A., B.Com., BBA, or equivalent).

• Prior experience in handling IndiaMART Portal leads will be preferred.

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email, etc.).

• Confident, responsible, and target-oriented personality.
