Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Executive (Tamil Language) with telesales experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales over calls, engaging with Tamil-speaking clients, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound telesales calls to potential and existing clients.

• Communicate effectively with Tamil-speaking customers to promote company services.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 months to 5 years in telesales / telecalling / sales.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil (mandatory) and basic Hindi/English.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales orientation with target-driven mindset.

• Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
