We are looking for a dedicated International Sales Executive with expertise in the BPO sector to join our team in Mumbai, located at Ghansoli. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹17000 - ₹23000 along with a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.
Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.
Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.
Build good customer connections, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.
Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 0 - 2 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in English language. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 5 days working during the Rotational shift.
