Location: MBP, Ghansoli – Navi Mumbai

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

Swiftcom Tech is hiring Customer Sales Representatives for our US-based voice process. This is a great opportunity for HSC pass/Graduates and experienced professionals looking to build a career in a dynamic, professional, and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US market

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and politely

• Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal)

• Willing to work night shifts (USA time zone)

Salary & Incentives

• Experienced Candidates Only: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
