Job Title: Insurance Sales Advisor
Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:
As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales by assisting customers in choosing the right insurance products, answering queries, and guiding them through the process. You will use your communication skills, product knowledge, and consultative approach to convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch insurance products.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Address customer questions and objections professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet overall business goals.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in English: Must meet Vasant 6 level or above.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Passion for sales and achieving targets.

• Prior experience in insurance sales (preferred but not mandatory).
