Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete student admission cycle, ensuring seamless handling of student inquiries, application processing, and admissions procedures.

• Provide detailed counseling to prospective students about IT courses, course structures, payment plans, and available financial options, addressing any doubts and concerns effectively.

• Drive admissions by actively following up with candidates, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring timely fee collection.

• Collaborate with team members, trainers, and students by keeping all parties informed about upcoming batches, schedules, and any updates in the course offerings.

• Consistently meet or exceed admission targets as set by the Reporting Manager, contributing to the growth of the institute.

• Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) for all inquiries, admissions, and student progress, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

• Take ownership of the admissions process and proactively seek out opportunities to enhance department performance and the institute's reputation.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior counselors, helping them improve their skills and meet their goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's in the related field.

• Experience in admissions or sales with a target-driven approach.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and coordinating between departments.

• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and take initiative in accomplishing new challenges

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
