· Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and industry connections.
· Understand client requirements and propose customized 3PL solutions (warehousing, transportation, distribution, value-added services).
· Develop and present proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company pricing strategy.
· Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to design feasible and cost-effective logistics solutions.
· Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM/sales trackers.
· Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
· Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
· Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
· Support in tender submissions, RFPs, and business presentations.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
