We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in ISO consulting, certification services, compliance, or B2B services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and team handling skills to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Identify and generate new business opportunities for ISO consulting and audit services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to present company services and solutions.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable ISO certification solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Coordinate with internal consulting and audit teams for project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing proposals.
Represent Certvalue professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Good team coordination and handling capabilities.
Ability to understand technical certification concepts and explain them clearly to clients.
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
Basic understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, etc.) is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting sales, or certification services.
Experience in ISO consulting, audit services, compliance, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
