We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to generate leads and convert customers for loan products through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented approach, and the ability to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain suitable loan products.
Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into loan applications.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate loan products.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, documentation, and application process.
Follow up regularly with interested customers to drive conversions.
Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the credit/operations team for application processing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
Build strong customer relationships and provide timely assistance throughout the sales process.
Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
