We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
Follow up with interested customers to complete the loan application process.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure timely loan processing.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
