Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telemarketing Executives to join our Banking Sector – Loan Department. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining various loan products, generating qualified leads, and assisting customers with their initial loan enquiries.

This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain loan products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and other banking & financial products.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan application processing.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
