✨ Role Overview We’re looking for an enthusiastic, result‑oriented BDA to connect with students, understand their aspirations, and provide the first level of counselling before handing them over to Senior Counsellors.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Call & follow up with leads (digital, referrals, etc.)

• Understand academic background, budget & career goals

• Conduct initial counselling & explain study abroad options

• Qualify leads & schedule sessions with Senior Counsellors

• Maintain CRM records & ensure timely follow‑ups

• Meet daily calling & counselling targets

🎯 Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline

• 0–3 yrs in Telecalling / Sales / BD / Customer Support / Counselling

• Freshers with excellent communication skills welcome!

💡 Preferred Skills

• Excellent English + Hindi communication

• Basic knowledge of study abroad admissions

• Strong convincing & counselling abilities

• Confident on phone/video calls

• Target‑driven mindset + MS Office/CRM skills
