Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Noida (On-site, daily office commute)
Working Days - 6 days a week.
Shift timings - 09:30AM to 06:30PM
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
● Engage with private school stakeholders via phone and email to pitch our SaaS products
and curriculum solutions.
● Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns and web-based prospecting.
● Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision timelines.
● Coordinate with the support team for demo scheduling.
● Update CRM systems with call details and lead progress.
● Share feedback with marketing and contribute to campaign effectiveness.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● 80–100 outbound calls per day
● 25–30 qualified leads per week
● Number of demos scheduled and conducted
● CRM data accuracy and timeliness
● Timely coordination with support and field teams
● Conversion from cold leads to qualified prospects
● Lead response time: under 2 hours
Candidate Requirements:
● Education: Graduate
● Skills Required:
○ Fluent English communication
○ Telesales and lead qualification experience
○ CRM knowledge and basic tech-savviness
○ Familiarity with social media platforms (preferred)
○ Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation abilities
