Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Noida, Sector 63
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Fresher / 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.

• Understand the company’s products/services and communicate them clearly to customers.

• Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and goals.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and support the sales process.

• Maintain call logs and reports as per company standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.

• Confident, polite, and professional on phone calls.

• Ability to handle rejections positively and remain motivated.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software is a plus.

• Fresher or 0–1 year experience can apply.
