Hiring Telecaller / Admission Counsellor

Next Step Education – Noida

Next Step Education is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Admission Counsellor who can communicate effectively with students and parents, guide them about educational opportunities, and help generate admissions.

Job Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with student leads

- Explain courses, universities, and admission processes

- Convince and counsel students professionally

- Maintain proper lead records and follow-up updates

- Handle WhatsApp and basic student queries

- Assist in creating basic social media/content related to education and admissions

- Coordinate with the team for admissions and counselling activities

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills

- Experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales preferred

- Basic knowledge of social media/content creation

- Positive attitude and professional behavior

- Ability to speak confidently with students and parents

- Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English communication preferred

- Must be comfortable working in an education consultancy environment

Preferred Candidate

- Experienced telecaller or counsellor

- Knowledge of MBBS abroad or education sector is a plus

- Creative mindset for helping with promotional content/posts

Job Details

- Location: Sector 63, Noida

- Salary: Based on experience and performance

- Full-time preferred
