Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor agents; set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets; delegate tasks; resolve conflicts.

• Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans; conduct market analysis; identify new opportunities; drive lead generation.

• Training & Development: Train new agents, enhance team skills (negotiation, closing, CRM use), and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Oversee high-level client interactions, assist in closing deals, manage developer/stakeholder relationships, ensure customer satisfaction.

• Performance & Reporting: Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, generate reports for management, ensure compliance with regulations. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales and leadership.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of local markets, real estate laws, and CRM software.

• Attributes: Dynamic personality, results-driven, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
