Sales & Strategy: Set sales targets, implement strategies, monitor progress, analyze data for growth, and oversee lead generation/conversion.
Client & Market Focus: Ensure high customer satisfaction, assist with complex deals/negotiations, stay updated on market trends, and build stakeholder relationships.
Operations & Reporting: Manage daily workflow, ensure CRM updates, coordinate marketing, handle compliance, and generate performance reports.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Proven real estate sales success & leadership experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local markets, real estate laws, and CRM software.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Lead daily/weekly team meetings.
Coach agents on handling clients, site visits, and paperwork.
