We are hiring Team Leaders – DSA (Loan Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of DSA Sales Executives.
Drive sales of loan products and ensure team target achievement.
Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve performance.
Monitor team productivity and provide regular performance feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and channel partners.
Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
Requirements:
Experience in the DSA/Loan Sales industry is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets through effective team management.
