Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Associate to manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and client visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable business solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing will be preferred

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development

  • Experience in sales across any industry will be preferred

  Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

  • Good presentation and relationship management skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
