Your Role: Study Overseas Counsellor As a Study Overseas Counsellor, you will guide and support students in their pursuit of overseas education by assessing their eligibility, understanding their aspirations, and assisting them with university admissions abroad. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping students and their families navigate the complex application process with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide expert counselling to students based on their eligibility and academic aspirations.

 Understand student requirements and expectations to assist in overseas university admissions.

 Interact with students and parents in person, over phone, or via email, offering guidance on university selections and application procedures.

 Respond to student queries within 24 working hours, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information.

 Conduct follow-ups with students through emails and phone calls to maintain engagement and support.

 Continuously update knowledge on global education trends and university admission processes.  Adhere to systems, processes, and protocols set by Y-Axis to maintain consistency and service excellence.

What We’re Looking For

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

 Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student advisory, or career counselling.

 Skills & Attributes:

o Strong oral communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.

o Ability to provide clear and concise information to students and parents. o Sales-oriented mindset with a target-driven approach.

o Positive, outgoing, and passionate about guiding students towards their international aspirations. o Excellent relationship-building skills and teamwork capabilities.

o Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and online platforms.
