We are looking for a target-driven Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Generate and qualify leads and Pitch company products/services to B2B clients
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Schedule demos/meetings for senior sales or close deals independently
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads and nurture prospects
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
Graduate in any discipline
1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience in cold calling & lead generation
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
