Hiring: B2B Inside Sales / Business Development Executive

📍 Location: Nangli Sakrawati, West Delhi

Job Timings:

• Girls: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Boys: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

(Including 1 hour total breaks)

• 1 casual leave per month

We are hiring a B2B Inside Sales / Business Development Executive for a trophies manufacturing company dealing in trophies, awards, medals, and corporate gifting solutions.

Experience: 1–4 years in B2B Sales / Inside Sales

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate B2B leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms

✅ Connect with corporates, schools, colleges, sports academies, and event companies

✅ Share product details, quotations, and close sales remotely

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships

✅ Maintain sales reports, client database, and follow-ups

✅ Coordinate with production and internal teams for order processing and delivery

Requirements

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Experience in B2B sales / inside sales preferred

✔ Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, and email communication

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

✔ Self-motivated and target-driven personality
