We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (US Market – SaaS/IT Services)

🕒 Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

🔎 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation and client outreach in the US market. This role involves connecting with decision-makers, scheduling meetings, and conducting virtual product/service demos.

You’ll work closely with the BDM and sales leadership to build a strong pipeline and support revenue growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads in the US market via cold calling, and databases

Initiate outbound calls and email outreach to US-based prospects

Schedule discovery calls and product demos

Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture prospects

Conduct virtual demos via Zoom/Google Meet/MS Teams

Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions

Handle basic objections and coordinate with BDM/technical team

Update CRM with lead status and follow-ups

Assist in proposal creation and documentation

Achieve monthly lead and demo targets

Freshers with Excellent communication skills are welcome

✅ Required Skills & Experience

1–4 years experience in international sales/lead generation (US market preferred)

Excellent spoken & written English

Strong cold calling and email outreach experience

Comfortable working in US shift

Experience conducting virtual demos

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven mindset

Experience in SaaS/IT services/tech sales is a plus
