Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
Promote solar products (rooftop solar systems, solar panels, inverters, batteries, etc.)
Conduct site visits and understand client requirements
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with technical and installation teams
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with government solar policies, subsidies, and net metering regulations
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of solar energy products and solutions
Basic knowledge of electrical systems (preferred)
Ability to work on targets and deadlines
Presentation and client-handling skills
Qualification:
Graduate in any field (B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical preferred)
MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage
Experience:
3+ years in sales (Solar / Electrical / Renewable Energy preferred)
