Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive real estate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong client-handling skills, experience in site visits, and the ability to close deals efficiently while maintaining long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and deal closure

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects

  • Conduct site visits and property presentations

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

  • Good knowledge of Noida/Delhi-NCR real estate market (preferred)
