Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesman with 1–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry to drive both in-store sales and B2B selling efforts. This is a remote role with the expectation of periodic client or store visits as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMCG products, effective sales techniques, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within assigned territories or market segments

• Support and manage in-store sales strategies to boost product visibility and shelf turnover

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers

• Conduct virtual and physical sales meetings with B2B clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate product solutions

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager

• Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and promotion execution

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry

• Strong B2B sales background with exposure to in-store retail selling

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
