Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive International Business Development Executive with 1 to 4 years of experience in IT services sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating international business opportunities, managing outbound campaigns, and supporting the complete B2B sales cycle across global markets.

Key Responsibility :

• Drive international B2B sales for US, UK, and EU markets

• Execute outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

• Identify and qualify international prospects based on business needs

• Sell IT services including Web, Mobile, Cloud, Data, and AI-ML solutions

• Manage sales cycle from prospecting to proposal submission

• Maintain strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly

• Conduct requirement understanding calls with international clients

• Coordinate with Business Analyst, Technical, and Marketing teams

• Prepare customized proposals and capability presentations

• Follow structured lead nurturing process

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience :

• 1 to 4 years of experience in international IT services business development

• Strong exposure to outbound sales for US, UK, or EU markets

• Understanding of international B2B sales cycle

• Knowledge of Web, Mobile, Cloud, and AI-based technologies

• Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Bachelor’s degree (IT or related field preferred)

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
