📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and sales-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing Event Management team. If you enjoy sales, have strong communication skills, and want to build a career in the events industry, this role is a great fit for you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and convert them into clients

• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth event execution

• Support event planning and on-ground coordination when required

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development

• Experience in Event Management will be an added advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confident, target-driven, and proactive attitude

• Basic understanding of the events industry

• Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
