• Fixed Salary: ₹35,000+ per month

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals who can represent the company in the market, generate business opportunities, convert verified leads, and build strong client relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, market networking capabilities, and strong closing abilities in real estate sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert interested and verified leads into successful closures

• Attend client meetings, property presentations, and business networking events

• Build strong relationships with investors, brokers, channel partners, and clients

• Conduct site visits and explain project details professionally

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers

• Generate business through personal references and market connections

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with CRM and management team for smooth client handling

• Represent the company professionally in market circles and business communities

• Develop long-term customer trust and repeat business opportunities

 

Candidate Requirements

Education

Preferred candidates with:

• B.Tech

• MBA

• Graduation / Post Graduation in any stream

Experience

• Experience in sales, real estate, business development, or client handling preferred

• Senior role candidates should have prior team handling or strong closure experience

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability

• Professional personality and confidence in client interaction

• Socially active with good market connections

• Ability to work under targets and pressure

• Smart, energetic, and self-motivated

 

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidate must own a personal car

• Valid driving license preferred

• Ready for field work, meetings, and market visits

• Strong local networking and relationship-building capability
