We are looking for a target-oriented Real Estate Sales Professional to drive sales through direct customer acquisition and channel partner networks. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing dealer relationships, closing property deals, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through direct sales, property dealers, brokers, and channel partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits to convert prospects into bookings.

• Negotiate deals and ensure timely closures to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer and channel partner network.

• Monitor local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and sales reports to track business performance.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales, direct sales, or channel sales.

• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads, manage channel partners, and close property deals.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

• Must own a personal vehicle and be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and channel partner development.
