Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Sales & Team Lead to lead our real estate sales operations. The role involves managing a sales team, driving revenue targets, handling key clients, and ensuring smooth execution of property transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on sales expertise, and deep knowledge of residential real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals
• Set sales targets and ensure consistent performance across the team
• Actively participate in deal closures and high-value negotiations
• Handle key client relationships and maintain long-term associations
• Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and site visit conversions
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve productivity
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and closures
• Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management
• Implement sales strategies aligned with company goals Qualifications & Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in real estate sales
• Mandatory experience in handling and leading a sales team
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• In-depth knowledge of residential real estate sales
• Experience in brokerage and handling property transactions
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
