Roles & Responsibilities:

• Calling & Follow-Up: Engage with potential learners to communicate the organization’s mission and programs.

• Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete sales process for assigned leads:

  • Interest Creation: Generate interest in learning programs.

  • Product Demonstration: Effectively showcase the benefits and features of programs.

  • Sales Closing: Convert leads into enrolled learners.

  • Post-Sales Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships after enrollment.

• Continuous Communication: Interact with leads via phone, email, chat, and social media during pre- and post-sales processes.

• Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all interactions with leads and learners.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong sales acumen with the ability to understand and engage effectively in sales processes.

• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

• Excellent customer focus and service orientation.

• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage and persuade potential learners.

• High self-motivation and energy to perform in a dynamic environment.
