We are looking for enthusiastic MBA students to join our fast-growing ed-tech startup for a 2–3 month Summer Internship Program. This internship offers hands-on exposure in Sales, Campus Outreach, and Operations, helping students develop practical business, communication, and relationship-management skills.
College Outreach
• Research colleges, universities, polytechnics, and skill institutes in target geography
• Identify the correct point of contact: TPOs, Career Counsellors, Student Affairs Heads, or Club Presidents
• Collect contact information via Google Maps, college websites, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Send personalised outreach emails and WhatsApp messages to introduce session offerings
• Follow up with cold calls to convert interest into confirmed session bookings
• Connect with TPOs and placement-cell faculty on LinkedIn and build ongoing relationships
• Maintain a daily updated lead sheet with status of each college prospect
Corporate Training Outreach
• Research companies across industries: IT, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, and Startups
• Identify decision-makers: HR Managers, L&D Heads, Operations Managers, and Founders of SMEs
• Collect contact data and send personalised outreach messages for corporate training proposals
• Follow up with calls to schedule discovery meetings or demo presentations
• Build a network of HR and L&D professionals for long-term pipeline development
• Maintain a daily updated lead tracker and log all activity in the CRM or shared sheet
• Track conversion rate from first contact to confirmed demo or meeting
