We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Sales Team Lead to guide and inspire our group of dedicated real estate champs.

At Kaleido Realty, we specialize in offering exclusive Sales and Marketing mandate services to real estate developers, builders, and landowners. Our mission is simple yet ambitious — to empower real estate developers with the sales, marketing, and customer relationship management tools they need to succeed in a competitive market. We are currently hiring dynamic and experienced Sales Tl for our mandate projects in Bangalore at various locations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

·       Lead, Mentor and motivate a team of real estate to achieve and exceed sales targets.

·       Identify and approach potential clients interested in buying properties

·       Understand client’s requirements and suggest suitable property options.

·       Organize and conduct property viewings and site visits, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.

·       Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects to clients.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

·       Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.

·       As the requirement indicated, need to be on-site every week to meet clients, visit properties, and close deals.

·       Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions.

·       Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects and pricing.

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

·       Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

·       Proven experience in real estate sales (Specific years may vary based on the role).

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Team leadership and target-driven mindset

·       Willingness to travel in Bangalore city as required
