Job Description

What you’ll do

 Rules and Responsibilities

·       Manage leads, client meetings, and site visits

·       Client Relations, build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

·       Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and sales team to ensure a cohesive and efficient sales process.

·       Lead and support the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.

·       Coordinate with marketing and channel partners

·       Handle negotiations, closures, and documentation

·       Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives

Preferred candidate profile

·       Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

·       Proven experience in real estate sales (Specific years may vary based on the role).

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Team leadership and target-driven mindset

·       Willingness to travel in Bangalore city as required.
