About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. This job offers the opportunity to engage with professionals such as doctors and chartered accountants to help them discover the most suitable financial products from a portfolio of over 10+ leading Banks and NBFCs. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, an interest in finance, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with professionals through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. • Identify and assess clients’ financial requirements, recommending appropriate loan or investment products. • Promote and sell a diverse range of financial products offered by multiple banking partners and NBFCs. • Maintain accurate client records and proactively follow up to ensure deal closures. • Coordinate with internal teams for document collection, verification, and application processing. • Achieve weekly sales goals and ensure timely submission of activity reports. Requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills with persuasive selling abilities. • Basic understanding of financial and banking products. • Good negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
