Manage inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Understand customer requirements and share suitable project details.
• Provide brochures, pricing, and offers to prospects.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and sales teams.
• Maintain and update leads in CRM with timely follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales/closing team.
