JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE (REAL ESTATE)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, field activities, and direct client interaction.

• Handle client follow-ups and understand their property requirements.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective clients.

• Convert leads into successful property sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the telecalling and sales team for effective lead management.

• Maintain records of client meetings, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.

👩 Female Candidates – Inside Sales

• Female candidates will primarily handle Inside Sales.

• Work will be mainly office-based, including calling, follow-ups, lead management, client coordination, and sales conversion.

• No regular field work is required for female candidates.

👨 Male Candidates – Field Sales

• Male candidates will be responsible for Field Sales and Client Visits.

• Client visits and site visits are compulsory, especially on Saturday & Sunday.

• Candidates must be comfortable with regular travel for client meetings and property/site visits.

• Own Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler with a Valid Driving License is MANDATORY for Male Candidates.
